WARRANTY
Our watches are sold with a 24 month warranty covering movement and component failure. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse or tampering and it should be noted that to keep your mechanical watch in good working order, it is important to have it regularly serviced.

Leather straps are guaranteed against failure for 12 months. Leather is an organic material and should not be immersed in water for any length of time.

In the unlikely event that you think that your watch has suffered a mechanical failure, please contact our service department at warranty@zerowest.watch where we will instruct you about making a warranty return.

If a watch is returned under warranty, we will assess it to establish whether any movement parts need repair or replacement and act accordingly

USE AND MAINTENANCE
Our watches are designed to work in most environments but the high precision Swiss movement at its heart, by its intricate nature, is not designed to withstand very hard impacts, so this should be avoided.

Your watch contains a number of static and dynamic seals to protect it against dust and moisture ingress. To ensure the seals remain in the best working order, we suggest you have your watch serviced every 2 years.

Although your watch is manufactured from corrosion resistant materials we advise that salt water and mud should be washed off after use with cold water and then dried off.

If you think your watch has developed a fault within its warranty period, contact us so that we can look it over. Please do not try to investigate it yourself and under no circumstances should you remove any screws or the case back from the assembly.

PRICE
Prices listed on the website are in British pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. Any purchases made from outside the UK will be at the full listed price. Overseas purchasers will be responsible for paying any duty, if applicable, in their own country on the full list purchase price.

ORDERS
Once you have added your purchase items to the basket you will be directed to proceed to checkout where you can complete your order. On completion of your order and payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then prepare your order for dispatch which will normally be within 2 working days.

POSTAGE
We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect to, so we only use tracked and insured couriers or the Royal Mail to handle your delivery. A signature will be required on receipt of the parcel so you can be assured of a secure delivery.

Delivery costs will be calculated and added to your invoice at the website checkout.

CLAIMS
Any claims arising from delay, damage or partial loss of the purchased goods in transit must be made in writing to the Company within seven days of receipt of delivery. The company will be afforded reasonable time to investigate the claim. In no circumstances shall the customer claim value exceeding the company invoice value.
