Each Zero West timepiece is designed and engineered to the highest standards. Unlike most other mechanical objects, a watch can operate non-stop, so in order to ensure optimal performance and longevity, please review these simple guidelines for care and precautions of your watch.
Keep your watch clean with a soft cloth and fresh water only. After any saltwater use, your timepiece should be rinsed clean and dried with a soft cloth including the strap. Do not scrub the surface of the strap with anything abrasive as this will damage it.
We advise having your timepiece serviced every 36 months to ensure longevity and trouble-free operation.
All Zero West watches are designed with a maximum water resistance rating of 10ATM (330ft/100m). The water resistance of the watch protects the movement from dust, moisture, and risk of damage should it be immersed in water.
Before contact with water ensure the crown is completely locked in its correct position. Failure to do so may cause a leak and damage the timepiece. For timepieces with chronograph functions, do not engage the chronograph under water as this may also cause damage.
It is important to avoid the following conditions: extreme heat or cold, as well as prolonged periods of exposure to direct sunlight.
Please remember your watch is a finely tuned time machine and a drop from any height could cause damage.
CHANGING STRAPS SHOULD BE DONE VERY CAREFULLY.
Use only the right tool like a Swiss Bergeon high quality springbar tool which is excellent, and never a knife!

USE AND MAINTENANCE
Our watches are designed to work in most environments but the high precision Swiss movement at its heart, by its intricate nature, is not designed to withstand very hard impacts, so this should be avoided.
Your watch contains a number of static and dynamic seals to protect it against dust and moisture ingress. To ensure the seals remain in the best working order, we suggest you have your watch serviced every 2 years.
Although your watch is manufactured from corrosion resistant materials we advise that salt water and mud should be washed off after use with cold water and then dried off.
If you think your watch has developed a fault within its warranty period, contact us so that we can look it over. Please do not try to investigate it yourself and under no circumstances should you remove any screws or the case back from the assembly.
Prices listed on the website are in British pounds sterling. Any purchases made from outside the UK will be at the full listed price. Overseas purchasers will be responsible for paying any duty, if applicable, in their own country on the full list purchase price.
Once you have added your purchase items to the basket you will be directed to proceed to checkout where you can complete your order. On completion of your order and payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then prepare your order for dispatch which will normally be within 3 weeks UK, 4 weeks overseas.
We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect to, so we only use tracked and insured couriers to handle your delivery. A signature will be required on receipt of the parcel so you can be assured of a secure delivery.
Any claims arising from delay, damage or partial loss of the purchased goods in transit must be made in writing to the Company within seven days of receipt of delivery. The company will be afforded reasonable time to investigate the claim. In no circumstances shall the customer claim value exceeding the company invoice value.
