01

CHOOSE YOUR WATCH

Explore the collection and take your time. Every Zero West has its own design, specification and story, with detailed photography and information explaining the watch, its construction, movement and historical inspiration. Some form part of our continuing collection; others are produced in limited numbers or incorporate historically significant materials.

Everything you need to make your choice is presented online. Select your watch, strap or available options and proceed directly to checkout.

SERVICING AND WARRANTY – Every Zero West watch comes with a two-year warranty, and we recommend servicing every five years to maintain its performance and reliability.

02

THE PRICE YOU SEE IS THE PRICE YOU PAY

For customers in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the EU, Zero West covers delivery together with all applicable local import duties and taxes.

Your watch is shipped DDP — Delivered Duty Paid, which means there are no additional customs charges, import duties or local taxes to pay when your watch arrives.

The price you see is the price you pay.

For customers in countries outside these destinations, Zero West still covers delivery, but your order may be subject to local taxes, customs charges and import duties imposed by your country. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

03

ORDER ONLINE

Ordering is completed securely through the Zero West website.

The checkout recognises your delivery destination and presents the appropriate price before you complete your purchase. Your order confirmation then records exactly what you have ordered and the delivery details you have provided.

There is no need to contact us separately or confirm your order by telephone or email. Once the order is placed, we get to work.

04

WE BUILD YOUR WATCH

Every Zero West watch is hand-built to order. This is fundamentally different from selecting a finished mass-produced watch from warehouse stock. Your order initiates the assembly, regulation, testing and final inspection of your individual watch.

Cases, dials, hands, crystals, movements, case backs and straps come together as a complete Zero West design. Special editions may also include components manufactured from historically significant materials prepared within our own development workshop.

Orders are usually dispatched within four weeks of being placed. If circumstances mean that an order is likely to take materially longer, we will let you know.

05

TESTED & INSPECTED

Every completed watch is tested and inspected before it is released for dispatch.

The mechanical movement is checked and regulated, functions and controls are tested and the complete watch receives a final inspection. We build in small numbers deliberately. It allows the same attention that goes into designing the watch to continue through assembly and final quality control.

Only when the watch meets our standards is it released for fulfilment.

06

FULFILMENT & DELIVERY

Once your watch is ready, fulfilment passes to our specialist logistics partner.

They handle collection, international shipping, customs processing and final delivery and provide the tracking information necessary to follow your order.

07

WHEN IT ARRIVES

Your Zero West will arrive securely packaged and ready to wear.

Buying online means you have not physically handled your particular watch before it arrives. That does not diminish your consumer rights, and we want international customers to have the same confidence purchasing from Zero West as customers buying within the UK.

If there is a problem with the watch itself, contact Zero West. If the issue concerns the shipment or delivery, contact our logistics partner. Simple.

08

RETURNS & CANCELLATION

If you purchase a Zero West watch online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, simply contact us within those 14 days to let us know you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return your watch.

Your watch may be examined as you would in a shop, but it should be returned with its original packaging, documentation and accessories. If it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, a deduction may be made from your refund where permitted by law.

Once your return has been received, we will process your refund in accordance with the applicable consumer regulations.

These cancellation rights are separate from your statutory rights if your watch is faulty, damaged or not as described.

For further details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

09

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG

If your watch arrives damaged, develops a fault or is not what you ordered, contact Zero West.

Your legal rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are separate from your right simply to change your mind. We will deal with genuine product problems in accordance with the consumer legislation applicable to your purchase.

Do not return a faulty watch without first following the return instructions provided on this page so that it can be correctly identified and processed.

10

REFUNDS

Once an eligible return has been received and checked, the appropriate refund will be made using the original payment method. Refunds are processed in accordance with the applicable consumer regulations and any legitimate deductions permitted by those regulations.

Where a return results simply from a change of mind, responsibility for return shipping and its cost will be as stated in the return instructions applicable to your location. Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the appropriate return arrangements will be made in accordance with your consumer rights.

11

WARRANTY & AFTERCARE

Every new Zero West is supplied with a 2 year watch warranty in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

If a problem develops with the watch, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will advise you of the appropriate next step.

Our watches use proven Swiss mechanical movements chosen not only for their performance but for their serviceability and established parts support. Beyond warranty, Zero West watches can be serviced and maintained for long-term ownership.

A mechanical watch should not be disposable. We design ours accordingly.
