Buying a Zero West should feel straightforward from the moment you place your order. We’ll keep in touch throughout the process, from confirming your order and building your watch through to dispatch and delivery.

For customers in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and EU countries, the price you see is the price you pay. Delivery is included, and Zero West pays any applicable local import duties and taxes on your behalf, so there are no unexpected charges when your watch arrives.

For customers outside these countries, local import duties and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and, where payment is required, our courier or your local customs authority will normally contact you before the final part of the delivery.

Every watch is sent using a tracked and insured delivery service, which our logistics partner follows all the way through to your door. If you have a question at any stage, you can contact us directly and we’ll be here to help.

And in the unlikely event that your Zero West isn’t for you, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your watch. We’ll guide you through the return process and arrange your refund in accordance with our returns policy.
