These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Zero West Watches website. They explain our ordering process, pricing, delivery arrangements, cancellation rights, returns, refunds and warranty obligations.
Please read them alongside our Buying Guide, which provides further information about purchasing and owning a Zero West watch.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your location, with the final price confirmed at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery is included in the price of every Zero West watch.
For customers in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the European Union (EU), Zero West also covers applicable local import duties and taxes.
These orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning there are no additional customs charges, import duties or local import taxes to pay upon delivery.
For customers outside these destinations, delivery remains included with all Zero West watches, but any applicable local import duties, customs charges or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch.
03. PLACING AN ORDER
Orders are placed securely through the Zero West website.
Once payment has been completed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Every Zero West watch is individually assembled to order, with final regulation, testing and inspection completed before dispatch.
Orders are usually dispatched within four weeks of being placed. If an order is likely to take materially longer, we will contact you with an update.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you to discuss the available options, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate.
04. DELIVERY & FULFILMENT
Once your watch has completed assembly and final inspection, it is passed to our specialist logistics partner, who manages collection, shipping, customs processing where applicable, and final delivery.
All watches are dispatched using tracked and insured delivery services. Tracking information will be provided, and a signature may be required upon receipt.
For shipping and delivery enquiries, our logistics partner can be contacted directly.
Shipping enquiries: support282@worldoptions.co.uk
Although delivery is handled by our logistics partner, Zero West Watches Ltd remains responsible for fulfilling its obligations under your purchase contract, including delivery of your order.
If your delivery is delayed, damaged or missing, please contact us or our logistics partner as soon as reasonably possible so that the matter can be investigated.
05. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
If you purchase a Zero West watch online as a consumer, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please notify Zero West within that 14-day period by emailing time@zerowest.co.uk or otherwise providing a clear statement of your decision to cancel. You then have a further 14 days from notifying us to return the watch.
You may reasonably examine your watch as you would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and function.
Returned watches should be complete with their supplied accessories, documentation and original packaging.
If a watch has been handled or used beyond what is reasonably necessary for examination, resulting in diminished value, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund where permitted by law.
Bespoke, personalised or specially commissioned products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where applicable legislation permits. Watches assembled to order from our standard collection are not automatically excluded from cancellation rights simply because they are assembled after purchase.
These cancellation provisions do not affect your statutory rights if a watch is faulty, damaged or not as described.
06. RETURN ARRANGEMENTS
Before returning a watch, please contact Zero West at time@zerowest.co.uk so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
For eligible UK returns, Zero West will arrange collection free of charge.
For change-of-mind returns from outside the UK, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
International returns should be securely packaged and adequately insured for their full value. Customers arranging their own return shipping should retain proof of postage and tracking information.
Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the appropriate return arrangements will be made in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Returns address:

Please contact us before sending any watch for return.
07. REFUNDS
Once an eligible return has been received and checked, a refund will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
For statutory change-of-mind cancellations, refunds will be processed without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will include the applicable original standard delivery charge where required by law.
An appropriate deduction may be made where the value of returned goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, as permitted by applicable legislation.
No administration or transaction fees will be deducted from refunds made under statutory cancellation rights.
Where a refund is due because goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, it will be processed in accordance with the applicable consumer legislation.
08. FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED GOODS
Every Zero West watch undergoes regulation, testing and final inspection before dispatch.
If your watch arrives damaged, develops a fault or is not what you ordered, please contact Zero West with your order details and a description of the issue.
Your statutory rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are separate from your right to cancel an online purchase simply because you have changed your mind.
For UK consumers, these rights include protection under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may entitle you to a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction depending on the circumstances.
We will assess the issue and advise you of the appropriate next step, including arrangements for returning the watch for inspection where necessary.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
09. WARRANTY
Every new Zero West watch is supplied with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal use.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications and damage resulting from improper handling are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
If you believe your watch has developed a fault, please contact Zero West with your order details and a description of the issue before attempting any repair or returning the watch.
The manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace or restrict those rights.
10. USE, MAINTENANCE & SERVICING
Zero West watches incorporate precision Swiss mechanical movements and should be treated with appropriate care.
Although designed for everyday use, severe impacts and unnecessary exposure to extreme conditions should be avoided.
To maintain the performance and longevity of your watch, we recommend professional servicing approximately every five years, depending on use and operating conditions.
Water-resistance seals and other components can deteriorate over time. Watches exposed regularly to water should have their water resistance checked periodically, particularly before prolonged water exposure.
Following exposure to salt water, rinse the watch with fresh water where appropriate to its water-resistance specification, and dry it carefully.
Do not attempt to remove the case back, open the watch or undertake repairs yourself. If servicing or maintenance is required, please contact Zero West for advice
11. CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
For customers in the United Kingdom, this includes rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Customers outside the United Kingdom may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections applicable in their country.
Where any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with applicable mandatory consumer legislation, that legislation will take precedence.
12. WEBSITE USE & CONTRACT TERMS
This website is owned and operated by Zero West Watches Ltd.
Product descriptions, specifications, availability and prices are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information, without affecting orders already accepted under the agreed terms.
Once an order has been accepted, the terms applicable at the time of that purchase will govern the contract, subject to applicable law and any changes subsequently agreed with the customer.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will apply to future orders and will not retrospectively alter existing purchase contracts without agreement or a lawful basis.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the information provided during checkout and your order confirmation, form the basis of your purchase contract with Zero West Watches Ltd.
