Buying & Ownership

If you’ve spent time on our website, you’ll know we like to do things differently. We’ve spent thousands of hours designing our watches, quite literally, so it’s important to us that your experience with Zero West reflects the quality of our timepieces.

In this section, you’ll find everything you need to know about buying and owning a Zero West watch — from clear purchasing details such as pricing and delivery, to ongoing support with returns, servicing, and repairs. Even though you’re buying online, we’re right beside you, guiding your Zero West experience every step of the way.

Once we receive your order, we will personally contact you with an estimated delivery date. All our watches are built to order, and as your delivery approaches, we will be in touch again to arrange a convenient day for dispatch and delivery.

If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch through time@zerowest.co.uk — we aim to respond the same day.

Prices & Delivery

We want buying your Zero West watch to feel clear, personal, and reassuring from the very beginning. Warranty

Watches
Our watches are sold with a 24-month warranty covering movement and component failure. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse or tampering. To keep your mechanical watch in good working order, we recommend regular servicing every 5 years.

In the unlikely event that you believe your watch has suffered a mechanical fault, please contact our service department on time@zerowest.co.uk and we will advise you on how to make a warranty return.

If a watch is returned under warranty, we will assess it to establish whether any movement parts require repair or replacement and act accordingly.

Leather Straps
Leather straps are guaranteed against failure for 12 months. Leather is a natural material and should not be immersed in water f or any length of time.

Servicing & Repairs

Your Zero West watch is a precision timepiece, built to be worn, enjoyed, and looked after for years to come. To keep it performing at its best, we recommend servicing your watch every 5 years.

To book a service, please contact us at time@zerowest.co.uk with your model and serial number. We’ll reply promptly with details of timings and costs, along with the next steps for safely returning your watch to us.

If your watch has been damaged in an accident or has developed a fault, our workshop is here to help. Please complete our Workshop Return form with an outline of the issue before sending it back to us, and we’ll do our best to get your timepiece up and running again.

Returns

We understand that a watch is a personal purchase, and there may be occasions when, once received, it is not quite right for you. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery or in-studio purchase, excluding any transaction and administration costs.

To start a return, please contact us at time@zerowest.co.uk and we will guide you through the next steps. For UK customers, we can arrange collection free of charge. For customers outside the UK, we will advise on the most suitable return method and any return arrangements required.

Returned items are eligible for a refund only, not an exchange. If you would prefer a different watch, a new purchase will need to be made.

Returned items must be unworn, unmarked, and returned with all original packaging and paperwork. All returns are inspected on arrival, and any signs of wear, damage, or use may result in a deduction from the refund.

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. Where applicable, any non-refundable transaction costs or charges incurred may be deducted from the refund. This does not affect your consumer rights.
