WATCH CARE
Each Zero West timepiece is designed and engineered to the highest standards. Unlike most other mechanical objects, a watch can operate non-stop, so in order to ensure optimal performance and longevity, please review these simple guidelines for care and precautions of your watch.
Keep your watch clean with a soft cloth and fresh water only. After any saltwater use, your timepiece should be rinsed clean and dried with a soft cloth including the strap. Do not scrub the surface of the strap with anything abrasive as this will damage it.
We advise having your timepiece serviced every 24 months to ensure longevity and trouble-free operation, failure to do so may void your warranty.
All Zero West watches are designed with a minimum water resistance rating of 10ATM (330ft/100m). The water resistance of the watch protects the movement from dust, moisture, and risk of damage should it be immersed in water.
Before contact with water ensure the crown is completely locked in its correct position. Failure to do so may cause a leak and damage the timepiece. For timepieces with chronograph functions, do not engage the chronograph under water as this may also cause damage.
It is important to avoid the following conditions: extreme heat or cold, as well as prolonged periods of exposure to direct sunlight.
Please remember your watch is a finely tuned time machine and a drop from any height could cause damage.
